Molino Sima produces and distributes stone-milled, certified organic flours to Europe's most demanding food manufacturers. Their range covers wheat, spelt, rye, and specialty flours for bakery and pasta.
They produce both private-label and own-brand lines, with documented traceability from field to bag.
